Blanche Bryden Sunflower Music Festival Summer Institute
2012 Faculty


The Blanche Bryden Sunflower Music Festival Summer Institute is dedicated to providing talented collegiate and high school musicians opportunities for advanced study and performance experience in chamber music with our master teachers and performers. Successful applicants receive full tuition, room and board.  After a week of intensive study, each group will perform on the White Concert Hall stage, home of the Sunflower Music Festival. The college seminar runs from June 4-11, 2012. The high school seminar runs from June 4-10, 2012.

2012 High School Coaches:
Richard Young, strings; Washburn University's James Rivers, piano; Rebecca Meador, woodwinds.
 
Collegiate pre-formed string quartets and
high school Violin, Viola, Violoncello, Piano, Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, Horn, Trumpet, Trombone and Tuba
are invited to apply.
